Performance Marketing Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Continuously iterate and design A/B tests around different creatives, audiences and/or bidding strategies;
- Planning and control of the digital performance marketing budget and spend by allocating budgets to different channels;
- Work with campaign teams to plan successful campaigns focusing on audience, product and placements to drive volume and efficiency thresholds;
- Using A/B testing to optimise digital marketing performance;
- Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs in line with brand plans and business priorities;
- Reviewing and optimising the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages;
- Working with other stakeholders to optimise the conversion funnel for specific traffic sources, campaigns, user segments etc;
- Driving performance marketing via Customer Acquisition Funnel, Display Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Ad Words, Media Buying, PPC and SEO/SEM;
- Work with country teams to develop local based strategies and optimisations;
- Working with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer’s digital journey;
- Manage user funnel optimisation and develop always-on strategies to maximise funnel conversion rate;
- Work with Product Technology and Engineering team to ensure event tracking and product feed requirements are met;
- Analyse weekly and monthly reports from multiple ad channels, Google Analytics, and AppsFlyer to drive insights and opportunities;
- Managing a team of 1-5 people.
Requirements:
- Experience working across web and app platforms;
- Marketing/Statistics/Business Management related bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or Master degree is a strong plus;
- Experience on working with mobile measurement partners (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Kochava) is a plus;
- Has an agile, strategic and self starter mindset to approach challenges in a creative and resourceful way;
- Has a strong understanding of attribution models, channel incrementality, customer segmentation and A/B testing;
- Technical skills to manage product feed;
- Analytical mindset and creative thinker to strategize and execute on A/B tests within campaigns.
