Our company is looking for a management and sales trainee to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Come up with creative strategies of getting past ‘no’ and engaging prospects through any possible channel that you can think of;
  • Responsibilities will grow and change over time as you progress in your growth journey;
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching, identifying, qualifying, and reaching out to prospects;
  • Own your CRM system & processes from end to end;
  • Work closely with our Director of Business Development to improve strategies & processes around lead generation & prospecting;
  • Support the sales team & leadership with tasks & strategies around sales.

Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of experience;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Genuine curiosity to understand businesses and industries and how to relate to them through market research;
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment;
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Communication skills;
  • Goal- driven;
  • Sales and Marketing Knowledge;
  • A keen desire to help customers be successful;
  • University degree (related field or not – we welcome new perspectives as well);
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • At least 3 years experience in Sales and Marketing;
  • People management;
  • Willingness to be coached and mentored by the Branch Manager;
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
