Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the Employee Brand through effective marketing and communication platforms, campaigns, concepts and plans;
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects and provide regular feedback to all parties involved in project;
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs;
  • Demonstrate innovation and creativity in effectively managing processes to quality standards;
  • Provide project/campaign/activity results & measurement to evidence business impact;

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of marketing and communications standards and practices at Standard Bank an advantage;
  • Creative brief writing;
  • Good budget understanding and management skills;
  • Understanding of the business processes within Group structure an advantage;
  • Experience in managing external suppliers (agencies, production houses, etc.);
  • Marketing, advertising and communications processes;
  • Sound, ongoing knowledge of the technology behind communications channels/platforms and a proven ability to apply this;
  • Communications project planning;
  • Computer literacy;
  • A proven ability to manage projects and events that deliver tangible outcomes, under pressure and to challenging deadlines.
