Director of Sales – National Accounts Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Director of Sales – National Accounts to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the VP of Sales to establish a top-line sales goal for each Core National Account;
- Travel Required: 25%
- Develop tools to allow efficient monitoring and tracking of goals and performance objectives;
- Oversee the achievement of annual sales forecasts that are assigned to each NAM.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
- Prior leadership experience;
- 10 + years’ experience in strategic sales with 5 of those years as a National Account Manager;
- Proven sales acumen and presentation skills;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales.
