Our company is looking for a Dealer Principle: Agri / Tractor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Hold regular meetings/reviews with staff to improve business growth;
  • Ensure effective monthly reporting for Management (as per agreed measurements and metrics);
  • Liaise with suppliers on back orders;
  • Accountable for the close-out of all audit findings;
  • Coordinate Inventory control;
  • Accountable to lead strategic projects for the dealership (Continuous Improvement);
  • Accountable for adherence to all relevant regulatory, legislative and industry requirements, policies, procedures and SHEQ;
  • Organising, coordinating and attending Farmers days, agricultural events and marketing conferences;
  • Accountable for the management of staff engagement, motivation and alignment;
  • Accountable to lead excellence in Sales, After Sales, Finance, Administration;
  • Liaising with Senior Management regarding new product opportunities;
  • Accountable for meeting all relevant organisational performance targets (Sales, CE, After Sales, Right-First-Time, Parts Purchases);
  • Identifying, developing and establishing new markets within Southern Africa, Swaziland and Mozambique;
  • Establish and maintain relationships with relevant strategic stakeholders, both internal and external (dealership);
  • Ensuring Sales Team and Technical Advisors are trained on the application of specific AGRI products.

Requirements:

  • Matric;
  • Relevant degree (Agric B.comm / B Sc. ) or equivalent experience.
