Our company is looking for a Chief Technology Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the trusted partner to all Customer CTO and OpCo’s CTO’s along with their Networks teams and to influence their joint agenda;
  • Working across multi-disciplinary project teams to bring technology innovation to wherever needed;
  • Identify business opportunities, identify customer business needs through consultative engagements;
  • Drive Knowledge Transfer, perform coaching and mentoring activities to support internal competence build up;
  • Scanning and sensing opportunities for innovation and using technology to improve the customer journey and reduce cost to serve;
  • Support to drive opportunities to deals, conduct in-depth business focused discussions with customer;
  • Influence Customers vision & strategy, drive Ericsson involvement in creating customer visions, strategies & requirements;
  • Ensure alignment with the customers’ GCU groups on the technology directions;
  • Deliver customer value, provide insight on how new trends will affect customer business.

Requirements:

  • 13 to 20 years of relevant experience;
  • Banking/Fin-tech Background;
  • Outstanding communication ability;
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills;
  • Proven experience as CIO or similar role with extensive experience in new digital platforms;
  • Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc;
  • Execution oriented – and a disciplined approach to projects / process;
  • Sound understanding in analysis, implementation and evaluation of front to back IT systems and their specifications;
  • Bachelor’s degree.
