Our company is looking for a Business Operations Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Be able to work independently and act responsibly, demonstrating a high standard of personal and professional ethics;
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects or initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the existing framework;
  • Adhere to applicable codes of conduct, values, policies, procedures and best practices;
  • Prepare marketing material for potential investors and asset providers;
  • Monitor market and liquidity conditions to identify and analyse the IIFI’s needs;
  • Assist the Issuance team conducting Sukuk issuances and Islamic deposit placements;
  • Collect and organize auction data to provide charts and detailed analysis.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge in Air-conditioning;
  • Graduate of any technical course or secretarial course;
  • Authority;
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills;
  • Decision-Making;
  • Strong organisational skills, self-starter with ability to work under pressure;
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
  • At least 3 years experience as a coordinator technical knowhow on AC is a plus;
  • Delegation – ability to allocate;
  • Client Relations – Ability to effectively interface with all levels of the organization;
  • Sound judgement capable of developing independent opinion;
  • Professional Conduct – ability to keep a polite manner even on critical times;
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the Financial Sector, Treasury & Markets or Investment Banking;
  • Excellent written and spoken English;
  • Accuracy – Keen attention to details.
