Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of public or private sector organizations. Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines;
  • Serve the corporate development team with valuation and deal modeling for mergers, acquisitions, and other investments;
  • Experience with structuring complex problems and delivering insights and recommendations;
  • Focus on and execute the mergers and acquisition process and interact with senior leaders;
  • Work closely with a small group of peers and senior leaders routinely, and perform periodic interactions with the firm’s top leadership;
  • Direct the overall operations of privately owned businesses, publicly held corporations and nonprofit institution in a broad range of industries;
  • Knowledge of financial metrics and how they flow into and impact the major financial statements;
  • Assist with evaluating the broader corporate financial strategy of the company;
  • Assist companies in reaching goals and objectives related to sales, productivity, profitability and industry penetration, among other areas;
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information, identify issues, and recommend solutions proactively;
  • Ability to appropriately prioritize work streams and move quickly among differing task.

Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software;
  • Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager or relevant role;
  • Proven sales track record;
  • Excellent time management and planning skill;
  • Demonstrable experience in deal with high-level negotiations.
