Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled within a timely manner;
  • Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs;
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators;
  • Continuously expand understanding of construction environment and practices;
  • Lead the development of the projects with Technical, Financial and Legal teams;
  • Writing reports and sales literature;
  • Providing product education and advice;

  • Work with construction operations team to generate cost estimates, write proposals, and build projects;
  • Document client’s business requirements and diagram relevant process flows;
  • Meet and exceed individual and business sales targets.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
  • Exceptionally self-motivated & directed; resourceful; creative & innovative;
  • Self-motivated and able to motivate others;
  • Strong communication skills, written and oral, with experience in making presentations or delivery of a professional service;
  • Requires minimal supervision and can thrive in a remote working environment;
  • An experienced Business Development Executive / Manager with a proven track record of hitting targets;
  • Being able to understand and explain technological concepts to clients is preferred;
