Our company is looking for a Branch Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities;
• To cultivate a strong relationship with business partners, key dealers and sales channels;
• Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans;
• Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement;
• Managing existing and developing new client and candidate contacts;
• Good Knowledge of the basic conditions of employment;
• Executing the business development strategies as set by the company;
• Managing and key accounts in Peru;
• Customer service orientated Ability to grow branch revenue through sales;
• Acting as a key business partner in tracking performance and driving profitability;
• Manage Sales budget;
• Expanding Client Base through industry contacts, marketing campaigns, events, etc;
• Staff management;
• Excellent organisational skills;
• Meet goals and metrics.

Requirements:

• Good personal control and self-presentation;
• Experience in manageing a warehouse;
• Min. 5 years’ relevant sales experience in valves/ associated equipment;
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
• Interpersonal skills;
• People-oriented, has leadership and coaching skills;
• Relevant qualification – advantageous;
• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent;
• Persuasion and Negotiation;
• Willing to be assigned within Metro Manila;
• Proven branch management experience, or similar role;
• Ayala Manila Bay;
• Post matric qualification – advantageous;
• SM Fairview, Novaliches,QC;
• Must be a Teamplayer, aggressive and needs minimal supervision.
