Our company is looking for a Assistant Brand Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for A&P planning, manage all marketing A&P budget efficiently, and monitor its effectiveness to ensure positive ROI;
  • Conduct product price margin analysis;
  • Manage overall brand portfolio and product mix to maximize profitability;
  • Conceptualize overall marketing strategy in line with brand and company direction;
  • Monitor, analyse and evaluate market and brand trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity to identify market opportunities;
  • Measure and monitor key performance indicators, ensure right actions are taken for KPI to be on track.

Requirements:

  • With at least 3-5 years work experience in product or brand development;
  • Advertising;
  • Preferably married with children;
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Communication skills;
  • With at least 3 years of solid marketing experience in leading and managing one or more of consumer brands on marketing teams;
  • A graduate of BS Administration/Management or Marketing course;
  • Individual must be able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with an emphasis on collective, collaborative teamwork;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Organized, flexible and can work under pressure;

  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and organizational skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Bachelor’s degree graduate of Commerce, Management, Business Management, and other related courses.
