Our company is looking for a Assistant Brand Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for A&P planning, manage all marketing A&P budget efficiently, and monitor its effectiveness to ensure positive ROI;
- Conduct product price margin analysis;
- Manage overall brand portfolio and product mix to maximize profitability;
- Conceptualize overall marketing strategy in line with brand and company direction;
- Monitor, analyse and evaluate market and brand trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity to identify market opportunities;
- Measure and monitor key performance indicators, ensure right actions are taken for KPI to be on track.
Requirements:
- With at least 3-5 years work experience in product or brand development;
- Advertising;
- Preferably married with children;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Communication skills;
- With at least 3 years of solid marketing experience in leading and managing one or more of consumer brands on marketing teams;
- A graduate of BS Administration/Management or Marketing course;
- Individual must be able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with an emphasis on collective, collaborative teamwork;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Organized, flexible and can work under pressure;
