A/C Technician Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a A/C Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring minor carpentry repairs and ironmongery or lock repairs;
- Ensuring regular cleaning of drainage systems;
- Managing water temperature sampling;
- Preparation of daily work schedules;
- Fault Finding and Rectification of all Types of AC and DC charging Motors;
- Ensuring regular cleaning of guttering systems;
- Installation of AHU, FCU, Piping & Ducting,
- Managing specialist contractor and service providers;
- Maintenance Services Of Window, Split A/C & all Types of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning etc;
- Assisting other trades where required e.g. electrician, carpentry, , plumbing, painting and decorating;
- Sharing emergency call-out duties with other team members;
- Maintaining a safe working environment within the site;
- Recycled and charged refrigerants;
- Experience in general maintenance in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, hvac, brickwork, groundwork (paving) and tiling;
- Managing maintenance of paved areas.
Requirements:
- Ability and willingness to learn new skills and attend relevant training courses as and when required;
- Ability to see potential problems and work through solutions until resolution is reached, in all areas of the project site;
- Good attention to detail;
- A degree qualification in the field of Air Conditioning is essential;
- A team player but also able and happy to work on own initiative;
- With knowledge in Health and Safety;
- Good timekeeper and flexible approach to work.
