Our company is looking for a Waiter / Waitress to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Show complete awareness of all the drink and food menus and readiness to explain and recommend food and drink contents;
- Ensure all tables receive their drinks and food as requested;
- Use every possible opportunity to gain knowledge in all areas of bar supervision;
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and stores to Health, Safety and Hygiene standards at all times;
- Maintain the cleanliness of all equipment used during shifts;
- Meet or exceed the monthly drink profit margin target;
- Acquire in depth knowledge of the food & beverage menu of the assigned outlet in order to assist and provide advice to guests;
- Ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage;
- Responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and upkeep of all service equipment;
- Greet and seat customers and serve them in a professional, discreet and personalized way;
- Consistently monitor quality of food & beverage being served;
- Actively use up selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue;
- Perform all necessary tasks to service food & beverage according to the standard of performance manual of the hotel;
- Responsible for all service preparations before, during and after the service (mis-en-place & mis-en-scene);
- Practice good customer relations and attend to customer complaints / queries satisfactorily.
Requirements:
- Physically fit;

- Ability to work under pressure;

- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills;
- College graduate, preferably HRM or HRST, Tourism or any related course;
- Able to stand for long hours;
- With or without experience are welcome;
- Male/Female;
- A warm personality, attentive and smartly presentable;
- An ability to listen and respond to demanding Guest needs;
- Accountable and resilient;
- Proficient in human relations & customer service-oriented;
- Must be High school/Senior High Graduate, ALS passer or College level;
- With pleasing personality.
