Our company is looking for a Chef de Cuisine to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ideally degree qualified and/or educated at hospitality academy or schooling hotel;
  • Ability to deliver 5* dishes to fine dining standard and have a keen eye for detail;
  • Fluent English speaking, reading & writing;
  • Work well under pressure, ability to handle multiple situations at the same time;
  • Have customer service at the heart of everything you do;
  • Be a fantastic team player, be an asset to the team all working towards the same goal of guest satisfaction;
  • 5 years or more working in a 4/5* hotel culinary operation and have cruise ship experience at a senior level;
  • Able to commit to a 4 month contract working 7 days per week. You will be away from home for the full 4 months;
  • Ensure resources meet business needs through the effective management of working rotas;
  • Support brand standards through the training and assessment of your team;
  • Knowledge of activities in other departments and implications;
  • Ensure consistency in quality of dishes at all times;
  • Manage and train the kitchen brigade effectively to ensure a well-organised and motivated team;
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards;
  • Contribute to menu creation.
