  • Evaluate existing learnerships and identity weakness;
  • Recruit facilitators.

Requirements:

  • 5 years experience as a training specialist;
  • Degree in education, training or HR;
  • 5 years experience in designing training programs and workshops;
  • Matric;
  • Proficient in MS Office.
