Our company is looking for a Ad Network Head to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Train and develop Ad network specialists to be able to efficiently traffic and/or set up campaigns in our various internal systems;
  • Take lead in troubleshooting advertising issues in real time;
  • OperationsIn charge of maintaining and improving the operations process for Ad network partners;
  • Conduct regular updates/meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on plans and initiatives and provide opportunities for monetization;
  • Interact with marketing/product leaders to schedule campaigns for calendar-based sponsorships and events;
  • Work with internal teams and partners to facilitate swift integration or set up of technologies and campaign implementations.

Requirements:

  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team;
  • Ability to multitask and efficiently manage time and priorities is critical;
  • Prior experience trafficking in an ad server;
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks;
  • Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
  • Must be organized and detail oriented with great attention to accuracy;
  • At least 5 years of work experience in technology, digital sector or online advertising including managerial experience;
  • Experience compiling reporting and building wrap up decks;
  • Familiarity with a front end order management system preferred;
  • Presentation and public speaking skills preferred;
  • Excellent client relationship & interpersonal skills;
  • Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities;
  • Graduate of any bachelor’s degree;
  • Graduate of a 4-year Communication, Advertising, Marketing or Business course (and other equivalent courses).
