Our company is looking for a Technical Services Consultant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure documentation of assigned incidents, including internal and external communications;
- Perform efficient incident management while maintaining support quotas;
- Analyze, develop, and improve internal processes;
- Maintain strong adherence to Service Level Agreements;
- Learn, understand, maintain and contribute to internal support processes;
- Provide telephone and email support to internal and external customers;
- Understand and assess customer-reported issues to determine prioritization;
- Participate in special projects, as assigned.
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years’ experience delivering solution support or solution implementation;
- Strong analytical, problem solving, research skills and resourcefulness;
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Ability to work with a globally distributed team with minimum direct supervision;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
