Technical Recruiter

Technical Recruiter screens, interviews, and recommends prospective employees for employment in entry-level and experienced technical positions. Works with search firms or other placement agencies, and determines optimum recruitment method to develop and maintain a highly qualified candidate pool. Being a Technical Recruiter may require a bachelor’s degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be a Technical Recruiter typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.

Our company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through our existing database and contacts, advertising campaigns, direct recruiting, etc;
  • Identify top talent in the marketplace;
  • Manage the expanding candidate database, and provide consistent support and direction to staff and candidates;
  • Manage the full life cycle recruitment process based on changing priorities and client needs;
  • Make recommendations to management staff regarding the top talent available to meet their requirements;
  • Strategize with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals;
  • Meet with stakeholders to qualify requirements;
  • Meet with candidates to evaluate their skills and understand their job preferences;
  • Attend initial project meetings with management;
  • Work with peers and supervisors to determine a candidate’s viability to support and resolve specific project needs.

Requirements:

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills;
  • Excellent time management and follow-up skills;
  • At least 2-4 years Recruiting experience (Telco experience is required);
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment;
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases;
  • Analytical, organized at work and keen to details;
  • At least 2 Years working experience in Technical Recruitment and IT Staffing is required for this position;
  • Bachelor or College degree holder;
  • Fresh grads are welcome to apply as long as you completed your internship with a BPO company;
  • Can perform recruitment of various positions from rank and file to managerial posts;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Competent in using recruitment tools such as tracking systems and job portals;
  • Able to use MS and Google applications with ease;
  • Capable of meeting KPIs such as number of endorsements and hires per month;
  • Telco knowledge –Understands telecommunications and keeps abreast of telco trends.
