Talent Acquisition Consultant Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Search and make contact with potential candidates;
- Manage the advertising of job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally;
- Designs and update job description s;
- Assist the Balfour HR team with adhoc requirements when required;
- Screen incoming resumes and applications, and provide a shortlist of qualified candidates for the role;
- Source potential candidates from various online channels.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in HR or recruiting is advantageous;
- Proficient in Google Suite is advantageous (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Calendar, etc.);
- Minimum 3-year Bachelor degree in relevant field.
