Our company is looking for a Sales Trainer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one training and continuous coaching sessions to sales personnel;
  • Improve training techniques when needed to meet the unique demands of certain accounts and the market at large;
  • Stay updated with current market trends and the changing demands of the sales environment;
  • Assess training needs, adopt learning styles and develop most effective approaches to deal with client’s needs;
  • Create Performance Improvement Program (PIP) for low-performing agents as maybe recommended by Team Lead and/or management;
  • Track and record sales training activities and coaching logs; provide feedback, training reports and recommendations to management;
  • Take on other tasks or projects as may be delegated by management;
  • Understand sales encounters and determine effective approaches to overcome challenges and maximize opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the Real estate industry is required;
  • Graduate of Marketing, Communications, Human Relations, or any related course;
  • Team building facilitator experience is an advantage;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Planning;
  • Motivational speaker as a skill is priority;
  • Athletic is an advantage;
  • organizing and planning;
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Willing to travel to different locations to conduct training and recruitment whenever needed;
  • At least 2 years of training experience in real estate, insurance or any field;
