Responsibilities:

  • Figure out the logisticsof how many drivers are needed where and when;
  • Develop and execute strategiesto keep the churning rate at minimum levels;
  • Analyse data– you will monitor our engagement, quality and utilisation metrics and ensure a great experience for our users and drivers;
  • Support all Bolt’s business operations in Cape Town.

Requirements:

  • Experience building tech documentation;

  • Knowledge of project management;
  • You’re a great communicator;
  • You’re passionate about new technologies and ride-sharing;
  • SQL knowledge is a plus;
  • Must also possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related course;
  • Agile cultural background is recommended;
  • Data-driven mindset. Able to run reports (csv files);
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Able to work with minimum supervision;
  • You have a data-driven analytical mindset(Excel skills);
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Graduate from a top university: Engineering and Marketing preferable.
