Junior ID Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Junior ID to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Represent firm at meetings required;
- Researching, sourcing furniture, lighting that are cohesive to design aesthetic of the project;
- Oversee/manage issue with contractors;
- Work closely with principal to assist with all aspects of a project from beginning to completion;
- Maintain project binders for all items ordered for each project assigned;
- Manage projects workflow, costing and budgets monitoring;
- Schedule and track deliveries;
- Weekly report;
- Prepare and attend meetings, site visits;
- Floor, space and furniture planning.
Requirements:
- Must possess at least Diploma or Degree of Architecture/Interior design or equivalent;
- Proficient with AutoCAD preparing plans elevations and drawing sets, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office and Dropbox;
- Must be a team player, organised, details oriented, resourceful, able to multitask, work quickly to multiple deadlines;
- Verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa, English and Mandarin;
- Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience at an interior design firm.
