Requirements:

  • Experience in risk based internal audits;
  • Must be familiar with IIA Standards, practices, procedures and Code of Ethics;
  • Appropriate tertiary qualification, preferably in finance, auditing or internal auditing (NQF Level 7);
  • Travelling to clients, local and national will be required;
  • Completed internal audit internship;
  • Must be working toward or have CIA;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team;
  • A passion for excellence (maintain 50% average in all your exams first time);
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines;
  • Good communication skills (English and Afrikaans);
  • Own transport, a valid drivers license and willingness to travel;
  • Working knowledge of Audit software, Word and Excel;
  • Reside in (or willing to relocate to) George, Western Cape.
