Responsibilities:
- Analyze growth opportunities;
- Present technical sales briefings to customers;
- Provide superior customer service to all internal and external customers;
- Manage clients and client expectations during the implementation of Utility Management products;
- Initiate and coordinate internal quality assurance tests to verify accurate setup and obtain acceptance from the customer;
- Actively and efficiently manage implementation projects so that implementations are achieved on time and to the satisfaction of clients;
- Develop and champion best-in-class sales training;
- Coach on targeted product value propositions;
- Analyze product development needs;
- Engage in customer-facing activities;
- Gather utility/research data needed to set up new/existing client properties;
- Assist with property training and support for Invoice Processing;
- Develop and communicate implementation schedule and rollout plan;
- Help coordinate engineering support;
- Promote a positive professional image of RealPage internally and externally.
Requirements:
- Must have valid driver’s license and own reliable transport;
- Must be client centered and a strong team player;
- Must be willing to travel away from home as required;
- Strong knowledge of Word and Excel.
