Our company is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Enforcing bill of materials;
  • Risk and opportunity identification management;
  • Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts;
  • Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking;
  • Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures;
  • Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials;
  • Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization;
  • supporting FP&A manager in performing month end closing review;
  • WIP inventory analysis incl proactively managing operational and financial aged WIP ensuring timely liquidation of costs;
  • Revenue Analysis: generate engine level profitability analytics and facilitate reviews with Operations and Customer Support teams;
  • Take proactive involvement in determining and implementing best practices;
  • contribute to analysis of business variances drivers, initiate the correction with the respective functions;
  • Learn and understand the different Analytics products and methodology;
  • Work with Revenue Leader to manage accounts receivable ageing, collections and dispute resolution;
  • Apply advanced principles of finance to analyze financial and non-financial information.

Requirements:

  • Full-Time position(s) available;
  • Good interpersonal skills &written proficiency in English;
  • Computer literate, good knowledge in Microsoft Excel;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to communicate with operation team;
  • With at least two years experience in financial analysis;
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills;
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills with an attention to details and able to provide adequate analysis and recommendations accordingly;
  • Strong team player and ability to work in cross cultural and cross functional environment;
  • CPA/CMA with least 2 years of FP&A experience;
  • Financial Statement Analysis;
  • Proactive and innovative approach to problem solving;
  • Can work under minimum supervision;
  • Detail oriented;
  • With at least one year experience in financial analysis;
  • Demonstrated record of stakeholder delivery.
