Requirements:
- Project Management certification;
- Extensive experience in the construction of Solar Plants;
- High management and leadership skills;
- Conflict resolution and conflict management experience;
- Understanding of construction management processes;
- Excellent knowledge of relevant rules and regulations as well as quality standards and human resources;
- Previous work experience in construction management or another similar role;
- Strong focus on health and safety;
- Knowledgeable in geotechnical work and construction methodology;
- Excellent negotiation skills;
- Highly collaborative leadership style with the ability to respond quickly;
- Minimum 10 years in Main Contracting with circa 5 years plus in a Project Manager position;
