Responsibilities:

  • Optimize quality, cost and time;
  • Represent the company on site towards the clients in matters of project execution and fulfillment;

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and good relationships with customers and clients;
  • Review quality assurance procedures, review deliverables prepared by its team before submitting to clients.

Requirements:

  • Project Management certification;
  • Extensive experience in the construction of Solar Plants;
  • High management and leadership skills;
  • Conflict resolution and conflict management experience;
  • Understanding of construction management processes;
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant rules and regulations as well as quality standards and human resources;
  • Previous work experience in construction management or another similar role;
  • Strong focus on health and safety;
  • Knowledgeable in geotechnical work and construction methodology;
  • Excellent negotiation skills;
  • Highly collaborative leadership style with the ability to respond quickly;
  • Minimum 10 years in Main Contracting with circa 5 years plus in a Project Manager position;
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities, including negotiation skills;
  • At least two tears in a group leader position;
  • Extensive previous work experience managing budgets for construction projects and knowledge of construction materials and equipment.
