Our company is looking for a Benefits Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the mainpoint of contact of the company’s benefit plans (company-initiated and government-mandated) for employee inquiries and issues;
  • Serves as principal contact for Vendors and Government Agencies;
  • Processes all company and government benefits of ABS-CBN subsidiaries;
  • Enrolls eligible individuals in the various Benefit programs;
  • Processing of loans, insurance and drivers’ license;
  • Leads informational sessions on company benefits;
  • Acts as liaison between employee and supplier or government agency as necessary;
  • Maintains files and records of individual employee benefits;
  • Assists employees in filling out the paperwork for their benefits packages.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of BS Psychology, BS Human Resources or any other related course;
  • Amenable to work in Quezon City;
  • With at least one (1) year experience in benefits processing, both government-mandated and company-initiated benefits;
  • Willing to render overtime;
  • Has good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
