Our company is looking for a DevOps Support Staff to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Brainstorm for new ideas and ways to improve development deliver;
- Provide Level 2 technical support;
- Maintain day-to-day management and administration of projects;
- Handle code deployments in all environments;
- Investigate and resolve technical issues;
- Document and design various processes; update existing processes;
- Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience;
- Perform root cause analysis for production err;
- Build and test automation tools;
- Design and implement build, deployment, and configuration management;
- Follow all best practices and procedures as established by the company;
- Monitor metrics and develop ways to improve;
- Consult with peers for feedback during testing stages;
- Provide technical guidance and educate team members and co-workers on development and operations;
- Build, maintain, and monitor configuration standards.
Requirements:
- Willing to work in a 24×7 shifting schedule operations;
- Hands-on experience with software development, infrastructure development, or development and operations;
- Up-to-date on the latest industry trends; able to articulate trends and potential clearly and confidently;
- Plus if with a minimum 2 years’ previous work experience in development and operations, or related IT, computer, or operations field;
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field;
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently;
- Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
