Senior Payroll Administrator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Senior Payroll Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Payroll system maintenance. Maintain relationship with payroll software service provider;
- Payroll administration and management. Process salary payroll;
- Maintain parameters of payroll to produce the required outcomes;
- Payroll reconciliations, payroll related payments and submissions;
- Write and maintain reports required by payroll and other departments;
- Manage 3 rd party relationships relating to payroll and benefits;
- Oversee processing of wages payroll.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years experience in similar / same role;
- MS Office proficiency including Sage / VIP Classic 5.3;
- Matric;
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
