Our company is looking for a Digital Marketing Co-Ordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Stay on top of the performance of key campaigns and optimise where necessary;
- Attend industry events and continuously increase contact network;
- Liaise with finance team to ensure invoices are accurate;
- Conduct new client training sessions;
- Work closely with operational team to ensure campaigns are implemented and up and running in a timely manner;
- Continuously stay up to date with market trends;
- Deal professionally and effectively with any complaints/issues that may arise from clients;
- Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling existing clients;
- Compile quarterly reports and present to clients during quarterly follow-up meetings;
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular contact (meetings, email and phone);
- Keep a log of account management consulting hours to be invoiced each month.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in computer software campaigns, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook;
- In-depth understanding of digital media (paid media, search, social media, affiliate, mobile etc);
- The ability to create and maintain relationships with customers;
- Ability to identify, work towards and achieve targets;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Afrikaans);
- Matric;
- Co-operative, positive can-do attitude;
- Strong analytical capabilities;
- Attention to detail, good organisational skills;
- Tertiary qualification (in marketing sector an advantage);
- Knowledge of technology, digital media, online advertising and marketing principles;
- Very good interpersonal skills – ability to network, confident and outgoing;
- Good problem-solving skills;
- Excellent telephone manner;
- Must have structured and run FaceBook campaigns and/or Google Ads campaigns.
