Job Description:

As the MEP Foreman with a civil background you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all MEP activities on construction sites. You will work closely with the project manager and other team members to ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects while adhering to quality safety and budgetary standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Supervise and manage a team of MEP technicians and subcontractors on site.
• - Plan and coordinate MEP activities in accordance with project timelines and specifications.
• - Monitor the progress of MEP works and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• - Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• - Review and interpret MEP drawings and specifications.
• - Coordinate with other trades and departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any conflicts.
• - Ensure all MEP materials and equipment are available on site and in good working condition.
• - Maintain accurate records of daily progress material usage and manpower.
• - Train and mentor junior technicians and provide guidance and support as needed.

Qualifications:

• - Minimum High School or a related field
• - Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP works preferably in a civil construction environment.
• - Proven experience in managing and supervising a team of technicians.
• - Strong knowledge of MEP systems codes and regulations.
• - Familiarity with MEP software and tools.
• - Excellent communication problem-solving and leadership skills.
• - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• - Fluency in English both written and verbal. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
