Experienced Cook

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals for the family and guests, ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Handle all aspects of cooking, including plating, serving, and cleaning dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
• Responsible for maintaining and ordering kitchen supplies and groceries.
• Cook a variety of cuisines including North Indian, South Indian, Indo-Chinese, Gujarati, and other regional and international dishes.
• Prepare both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals, including seafood.
• Create Italian, Mexican, and healthy meal options such as soups, salads, and breakfast items (avocado toast, various styles of eggs, overnight oats, etc.).
• Prepare kids' meals, including healthy school tiffins, and party snacks for both children and adults.
• Basic baking skills for various needs.
• Devise menus independently for the family and learn/adapt to family recipes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional cooking experience.
• Proficient in using basic kitchen equipment such as blenders, mixers, toasters, grills, air fryers, waffle makers, and ovens.
• Strong knowledge of North Indian, South Indian, Indo-Chinese, Gujarati, Italian, and Mexican cuisines.
• Ability to cook both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, including seafood.
• Experience in preparing healthy meals and snacks, including kids’ meals for school tiffins.
• Knowledge of basic baking techniques.
• Strong work ethic, responsibility, and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt and learn new recipes.

Salary: AED 3000-3500 per month, based on experience.
