Are you an experienced Production Supervisor with a background in PVC/UPVC pipe manufacturing
Join a leading industrial manufacturing company in Ajman and take charge of production operations ensuring efficiency quality and team performance.

Position: Production Supervisor

Location: Ajman UAE

Industry: PVC / UPVC Pipe Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily production operations to ensure targets and quality standards are met.
  • Monitor and control production parameters such as temperature pressure and material feed.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment upkeep and minimal downtime.
  • Train guide and oversee production staff to maintain smooth workflow.

  • Implement and monitor safety hygiene and quality control measures.

  • Maintain accurate production reports and ensure compliance with company standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in PVC/UPVC or plastic extrusion manufacturing .
  • Strong technical knowledge of extrusion machines and mold changeovers .
  • Diploma or Bachelors in Mechanical/Industrial/Production Engineering preferred.
  • Ability to manage a team and meet production KPIs.

  • Good communication and leadership skills.
