Senior Sushi Chef de Partie - High-End Japanese

Fundamental Hospitality is looking to hire an experienced Senior Chef De Partie to join our team at KIGO in Four Seasons DIFC, Dubai. This role requires a strong background in sushi and high-end Japanese restaurant concepts, with a passion for precise technique and presentation.
Based in Dubai or willing to relocate, you will enjoy competitive salary, visa & medical insurance, 30 days paid annual leave, and staff benefits including meals on duty and flight tickets for international applicants.
