Job Description
Are you a motivated, customer-focused individual looking to start acareer in the real estate industry? Nationwide Middle East PropertiesLLC in Abu Dhabi West Yas is currently seeking a Leasing Agent to joinour team.
- Assist prospective tenants in finding the perfectproperty to lease
- Conductproperty viewings and inspections
- Negotiate lease agreements and terms Provide excellentcustomer service to clients
- Maintain a database of available properties and updatelistings as needed
- Stayup-to-date on market trends and pricing
Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Previous experience in real estateor sales is must ( 6 months minimum)
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market
- UAE driving license is a must
- Own car is a plus Ability to workindependently and as part of a team
