Job Summary

Al Marwan Group is seeking a Civil Supervisor Fit-Out to lead and supervise daily civil and interior fit-out operations on residential and commercial projects. The role requires strong leadership hands-on experience in civil and fit-out works and the ability to coordinate teams subcontractors and resources while ensuring safety quality and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Civil & Fit-Out teams including foremen masons carpenters painters and laborers.

• Supervise subcontractors and suppliers for site operations.

• Review and comment on drawings during fit-out execution.

• Enforce safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks.

• Monitor material usage manpower and equipment allocation.

• Create work schedules track progress and report to Line Manager.

• Address on-site issues resolve conflicts and communicate with engineers.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Diploma.

• 35 years of civil & fit-out experience in the UAE.

• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

• Strong communication skills.

• Knowledge of MS Office CAFM system AutoCAD or related software.
