Description
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Food Counter Staff to assist customers at the service counter.
The role involves taking orders, serving food, handling payments, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers in a polite and professional manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Process payments (cash/card) when required
Ensure customer satisfaction at all times
Requirements
Good communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and teamwork ability
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
