My client is an independent financial advisory consultancy committed to safeguarding their clients financial future. Founded by UK qualified financial advisers they offer a fresh approach with dynamic energy that sets them apart in the offshore marketplace.
The main goal at my client is to equip individuals with the key competencies for success in their Wealth Management careers. They operate a well-supported selection process to ensure they can deliver exceptional service surpassing competitors. Full support is provided to achieve relevant qualifications including the highly recognized Level 4 UK financial planning requirements.
Role Overview:
As a Business Development Manager with my client the individual will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by sourcing and nurturing new prospects. This role is best suited for self-starters with initiative and determination to succeed. Effective communication skills are essential as the individual will be responsible for articulating the benefits of the services to potential clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Source new prospects through various mediums.
- Contact prospects via telephone to introduce the business and schedule appointments.
- Promptly follow up on company-provided leads and handle them effectively.
- Manage calendars and diaries to arrange meetings at suitable times.
- Maintain relationships with prospects throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with third parties involved in the sales process.
- Meet and exceed company KPIs and targets.
Key Requirements:
- Solid interest in building or advancing a career in Financial Services.
- Willingness to learn and strive for a minimum of Level 4 qualification.
- High-quality professional communication skills.
- Success and target-driven mindset.
- Positive self-motivation.
- Desire to be part of a firm with a strong reputation and growing global brand.
- Prior financial services experience is not necessary but a driven and well-motivated individual is preferred.
