CID Data Entry Officer (ARABIC SPEAKER ONLY!)

Process guest check-ins and check-outs in the CID (Criminal Investigation Department) system in line with hotel and government requirements.
Accurately register and update guest details in the CID system for all arriving and departing guests.
Use the Redberry system to capture and copy guest identification documents (passports, Emirates IDs) and paste the data into the CID system.
Review entries for errors and make necessary corrections to guest ID data in the CID system.
Provide accurate Arabic translation for Arabic-speaking guests during registration and check-in/check-out.
Perform daily reconciliation between the Opera PMS and the CID system to ensure guest records match across both systems.
Identify and resolve discrepancies found during reconciliation between Opera and the CID system in a timely manner.
Ensure all guest data is entered accurately and submitted to CID within the required timeframe.
Maintain strict confidentiality of all guest personal information and identification documents.
Coordinate with Front Office, Reception, and the Duty Manager on any CID-related issues or documentation concerns.
Liaise with CID/Police authorities as required regarding guest registration matters.
Maintain accurate records and reports of check-ins, check-outs, and CID submissions for audit purposes.
Stay up to date with CID system updates, Opera PMS changes, and relevant guest registration regulations.
Assist with other CID- and Front Office-related administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Desired Candidate Profile
Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written, with the ability to translate accurately for Arabic-speaking guests.
Accurate and efficient data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
Working knowledge of Opera PMS and CID / Redberry systems, or the ability to learn them quickly.
Strong reconciliation and numerical/record-checking skills to match records between systems.
High level of accuracy and diligence when handling guest identification documents.
Good organizational and time-management skills to meet CID submission deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with Front Office, Duty Managers, and CID/Police authorities.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of guest personal data and identification documents.
Basic computer literacy, including MS Office and email.
Must be flexible to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
