Hr/Admin Executive

As an HR/Admin Executive at Brecks Group, you will play an integral role in supporting the overall operation of our company. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources and administration for our employees, ensuring that our team is well taken care of and that all processes and systems are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting, screening candidates, conducting interviews, to onboarding new employees.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for employee performance evaluations, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinate and conduct employee training and development programs.
  • Handle employee relations and provide support to employees on HR-related matters.
  • Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Monitor and manage leave and attendance records for all employees.
  • Plan and organize office events and activities to promote a positive and inclusive company culture.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits such as healthcare, insurance, and retirement plans.
  • Manage the office budget and expenses, and negotiate with vendors for the best deals.
  • Create reports and provide analysis on HR and administrative metrics for management review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of HR laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
