The Role - MEP Sales Engineer jobs in Dubai
We are hiring an MEP Sales Engineer (Air Conditioning) in Dubai for a reputable MEP and HVAC solutions provider.
In this role, you will lead B2B project sales, business development, and client acquisition across the Dubai market. You will focus on driving sales for Split AC, Window AC, and Ducted AC Systems by building strategic partnerships with local MEP contractors, consultants, and real estate developers.

Drive Project Sales: Sell Split AC, Window AC, Ducted AC Systems, and comprehensive MEP solutions across commercial and residential developments in Dubai.
Client Acquisition: Identify, pipeline, and secure new business opportunities, managing the project sales cycle from lead generation to final closure.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain high-value relationships with key Tier-1 and Tier-2 MEP contractors, engineering consultants, and property developers.
Tendering & Estimation: Monitor upcoming projects in the Dubai pipeline, review project specifications, and collaborate on cost estimation and tendering processes.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales revenue targets while analyzing competitive market trends.
Requirements - MEP Sales Engineer jobs in Dubai
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of proven UAE/GCC experience strictly in HVAC/AC Project Sales.
Product Knowledge: Strong hands‑on experience selling Split, Window, and Ducted AC equipment. Experience with reputed global HVAC brands is highly preferred.
Network: An active network of MEP contractors, consultants, and developers within the Dubai emirate.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant technical field is preferred.
Skills: Strong understanding of Dubai development cycles, project costing, and exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
