Google Ads Specialist

Role overview

Own and grow paid acquisition across Google Ads and Meta Ads for Melodica and its group of companies. This senior, hands-on role manages multiple accounts, brands and branch locations, turning advertising investment into qualified enquiries, registrations and revenue. You will personally build, optimise and scale campaigns, working with Marketing, Sales and branch teams to improve acquisition costs and lead quality.

Key responsibilities

• Build scalable Google Ads account structures by brand, service, location and customer segment; manage Search, Performance Max, Display and YouTube campaigns as appropriate.
• Manage Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, including lead generation, remarketing, audience segmentation and creative testing.
• Optimise keywords, search terms, exclusions, targeting, bidding and budgets; identify wasted spend and campaign overlap.
• Scale qualified leads and customer acquisition sustainably, allocating budgets across accounts and branches according to performance and capacity.
• Configure and troubleshoot GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversions and Meta Pixel; validate forms, calls, WhatsApp enquiries and CRM events.
• Use enhanced conversions, offline conversion imports and relevant integrations to connect advertising with downstream outcomes.
• Improve landing pages and lead journeys with creative, website and sales teams; address lead-quality and lead-to-registration issues.
• Report weekly and monthly on qualified leads, CPL, CPA, registrations and revenue or ROAS where applicable; recommend and document improvements.

Experience and requirements

• At least six years of hands-on paid advertising experience, with advanced Google Ads and practical Meta Ads expertise.
• Experience managing multiple advertising accounts independently, including UAE campaigns and academies, education, training or multi-branch service businesses.
• Evidence of scaling campaigns or accounts by 5–10 times in qualified leads, conversions or customer acquisition, with sustainable costs and lead quality.
• Valid, verifiable Google Ads certifications; strong GA4, GTM, conversion-tracking, reporting and CRM integration knowledge.
