Standort: Remote (Hauptsitz in Dubai, Vereinigte Arabische Emirate)

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:
- Verantwortung für alle Personalangelegenheiten, einschließlich Personalbeschaffung, Mitarbeiterentwicklung, Leistungsmanagement und Mitarbeiterbindung
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von HR-Richtlinien, -verfahren und -programmen, die den Unternehmenszielen und -werten entsprechen
- Durchführung von Rekrutierungsaktivitäten, einschließlich der Erstellung von Stellenanzeigen, der Durchführung von Bewerbungsgesprächen und der Auswahl qualifizierter Kandidaten
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von Schulungs- und Entwicklungsprogrammen, um die Fähigkeiten und Fertigkeiten der Mitarbeiter zu verbessern und ihr Potenzial voll auszuschöpfen
- Verwaltung von Leistungsbeurteilungen, Gehaltsüberprüfungen und Mitarbeiterbefragungen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit und -produktivität
- Konfliktlösung und Management von Mitarbeiterbeschwerden in Übereinstimmung mit den Unternehmensrichtlinien und lokalen Arbeitsgesetzen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller arbeitsrechtlichen Vorschriften und Richtlinien sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Rechtsteam und externen Beratern
Anforderungen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Human Resources Management, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Personalarbeit, idealerweise in der Technologiebranche oder einem ähnlichen Umfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in HR-Praktiken, Arbeitsrecht und Personalmanagement
- Erfahrung in der Rekrutierung, Mitarbeiterentwicklung und Konfliktlösung
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, effektiv in einem multikulturellen Umfeld zu arbeiten
- Kenntnisse in arabischer Sprache sind von Vorteil
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
