Overview

A warm, respectful British family in Al Safa is seeking a loving live-in nanny to join their home. Two children — a seven-year-old boy and a four-year-old girl, both in school. A live-out Sri Lankan cook has been with the family for years and manages all cooking, so this role is focused entirely on the children and the home.

Responsibilities

• Begin the day at 6:00 a.m. with the family dog and a morning walk.
• Help the children get ready and off to school with the family.
• During school hours, provide downtime for the nanny while offering some help around the home.
• In the afternoon and evening, focus on development, activities, and a warm, engaged presence for the children.

Household and role focus

• Household is child-focused; the cooking is handled by the resident cook.
• Comfort around dogs is important.

Pet

• Family dog; morning walks are part of the role.

Salary and location

• Salary: AED 3,500–4,000 per month + live-in accommodation.
• Location: Al Safa, Dubai.
