Director of Operations

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of Operations to join our dynamic organization in Ras Al-Khaimah United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our executive team you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational aspects of our business ensuring exceptional performance and driving strategic growth.

• Develop and implement strategic operational plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives
• Oversee daily operations across multiple departments ensuring efficiency quality and cost-effectiveness
• Analyze operational data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities
• Manage and optimize budgets resource allocation and financial performance across all operational areas
• Collaborate with department heads to set and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Drive a culture of innovation continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization
• Implement and maintain industry best practices and quality standards across all operational functions
• Lead and mentor a diverse team of managers and staff fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Oversee the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with all relevant local regulations and industry standards in the UAE
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including vendors partners and local authorities
• Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure business continuity and success

Qualifications :

• Proven track record of 3 years in senior operations management roles preferably in a related industry
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field; MBA preferred
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated success in budget planning execution and profit optimization
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Outstanding strategic planning and execution capabilities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Strong project management skills and experience in managing large-scale initiatives
• Proficiency in operations management software and systems
• In-depth knowledge of industry trends best practices and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated ability in risk management and change management
• Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
• Knowledge of UAE business practices and regulations highly desirable
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong ethical standards and a commitment to integrity in all business practices
