Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit western trained Registered Nurses for their client in Dubai, UAE which is a reputed JCI accredited multispecialty hospital providing advanced tertiary and quaternary healthcare services. This is a full-time permanent hospital position based in Dubai and is ideal for nurses looking to relocate to the United Arab Emirates. We are looking for Registered Nurses holding a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (minimum three-year full-time program) from a nationally or internationally recognized nursing college or university, or a Degree in Nursing (minimum two-year program) together with registration as a Registered Nurse from Canada, USA, UK, Ireland, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and other Tier 1 countries as per the UAE the Professional Qualification Requirements. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of recent full-time experience within an acute care hospital. Opportunities are available across multiple specialties including Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), Emergency Department, Pediatrics, Medical & Surgical Wards, Operating Theatre, Labor & Delivery, and other specialty units depending on the candidate's experience. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care, conducting comprehensive patient assessments, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patients' clinical progress, collaborating with Consultants and multidisciplinary healthcare teams, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and ensuring compliance with international patient safety standards, infection prevention protocols, clinical governance requirements, and JCI quality standards while delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
