ARCHITECTURAL AND STRUCTURAL DRAFTSMAN

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings layouts sections and shop drawings in compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with design engineering and site teams to ensure drawings accurately reflect design intent and site conditions.
- Modify and revise drawings based on comments from consultants engineers or construction teams.
- Ensure all drawings adhere to local authority regulations project standards and company quality guidelines.
- Assist in preparing asbuilt drawings and documentation for project closeout.
- Maintain organized documentation and manage revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Draftsman in contracting companies in the UAE/GCC.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; experience with Revit or other drafting software is an advantage.
- Proven experience in largescale building or infrastructure projects .
- Strong knowledge of detailing construction methods and drafting standards.
- Must be currently residing in the UAE with immediate availability to join .
