Sales & Business Development Manager - Dubai

Today, we operate 30+ iconic trattorias and a massive food market across Europe and the Middle East (spanning France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Monaco, the UK, Ireland, and the UAE).

As we continue our rapid expansion, we are accelerating our Sales & Business Development arm positioning private events and corporate partnerships as key drivers of our next era of growth in the Dubai region.

Your Mission will be focused around the following areas

Inbound Event Sales

• Manage and convert inbound event and group enquiries, primarily from B2B and corporate clients.

• Understand client needs and develop tailored proposals and quotations.

• Lead negotiations and follow through to contract signature and confirmed booking.

• Coordinate with operations to ensure a smooth handover and successful event delivery.

Business Development & Brand

• Proactively identify and develop new corporate accounts, event agencies, DMCs, PCOs, and strategic partners.

• Build a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and targeted outreach.

• Develop partnerships and opportunities that generate new event and group dining business.

• Represent the restaurant at key industry, networking, and promotional events, strengthening its presence within Dubai’s corporate, events, and luxury communities.

• Collaborate with Marketing to increase brand awareness and generate qualified business opportunities.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

Guest & Event Experience

• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event journey, from booking to post-event follow-up.

• Work closely with operations to ensure events are delivered to the highest standards and reflect the restaurant’s brand and service expectations.

• Be present at key events when required to ensure client satisfaction and a seamless guest experience.

• Build strong relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals in the Dubai region.

Performance & Reporting

• Own sales targets and actively monitor performance against revenue and business development goals.

• Track and report on key sales KPIs, pipeline, conversion, and revenue.

• Report regularly on performance, business development activity, and opportunities.

• Continuously identify opportunities to grow event revenue, increase client acquisition, and strengthen the restaurant’s position in the market.

Who You Are

• A strong commercial practitioner with a performance mindset

• 3 years of Sales Experience with 2 years focused on Business Development minimum in the hospitality sector required

• Solid understanding of hospitality and events operations in the Dubai region

• Highly organized, analytical, and target-driven

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, hands-on environment

• Experience building and managing key accounts and long-term partnerships

• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills
