Pega Lead Business Architect:

Strong functional knowledge/Experience of the domain Banking.

Minimum 10 Years of experience and Certified Pega Business Analyst

Requirement Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their objectives processes and requirements for Pegabased applications.

Communicate with business stakeholders by applying the Pega Express best practice of Directly Capture Objectives (DCO)

Analysis and Documentation: Conduct detailed analysis of business processes document functional requirements and create clear specification for Pega application development.

Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers architects and quality assurance to ensure the successful implementation of Pega solutions that meet business needs.

Pega Solution Design: Participate in designing Pega applications by providing insights into the best practices Pega Guardrails and ensuring scalability and sustainability.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Pega technology advancements industry best practices and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency of Pega applications.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Understanding of business process management and workflow methodologies.
