Media Assistant - Intern

ABOUT THE ROLE
At CHANEL, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences and innovative solutions. We are seeking a passionate Media Intern to join our Media team for a 6-month internship.
As a Media Intern, you’ll play an essential role in supporting the Media Manager in driving impactful media activations across CHANEL’s three divisions: Fragrances & Beauty, Watches & Fine Jewelry, and Fashion. From coordinating digital campaigns to analyzing media reports, your contributions will help amplify CHANEL’s voice across the Middle East and India. This isn’t just an internship—it’s a chance to immerse yourself in the luxury media landscape and learn from one of the most iconic brands in the world.
Your Main Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Reporting
Collaborate with the Media Manager and media agency to ensure the timely planning and implementation of digital campaigns.
Coordinate with media agencies and CHANEL’s teams in Europe to organize and deliver campaign assets.
Assist in preparing reports for Europe teams, detailing campaign budgets and performance.
Contribute to internal reporting presentations by analyzing and summarizing campaign insights.
Work closely with each division and the PR team to align media strategies with product launches and campaigns.
Digital Coordination
Support the validation and translation of social media campaigns in alignment with regional needs.
Collaborate with the digital team on cross-functional projects to ensure seamless execution.
Manage coordination with e-retailers on social campaigns, including tracking performance and reporting results.
Verify that campaign landing pages on CHANEL.com are implemented accurately and aligned with branding.
Partner with the media agency to optimize paid search campaigns for maximum reach and impact.
Being part of a globally recognized luxury brand with a strong presence in media innovation.
Learning about the intricacies of media planning, digital campaigns, and cross-functional collaboration.
Playing an integral role in the success of CHANEL’s regional media activations.
Gaining hands-on experience in analyzing campaign performance and driving actionable insights.
Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that values creativity, precision, and teamwork.
A passion for media, digital campaigns, and the luxury industry, with a strong desire to learn and grow in this field.
Excellent organizational skills, with a detail-oriented and proactive approach to managing multiple tasks.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear and compelling reports.
Knowledge of the digital landscape, including social media platforms and paid search campaigns.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic, and/or French is an advantage.
Prior experience in media, preferably within a media agency, is highly desirable.
Familiarity with the luxury industry is a plus.
Strong understanding of the digital and social media landscape.
Based in Dubai and available for a full-time internship for six months.
